You can fill the form out on computer and then print it out or print it out first and then complete it by hand. Either way, you must sign and date the form by hand before sending it to us.

The new subscription rates apply from 1st July 2003. If you join between 1 April and 30 June, your subscription will run to 30 June in the following year.

We accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please enclose this with your application form.
